RESULTS OF THE 2023 ANNUAL MEETING
Special thanks to all who attended this year's Annual Meeting!
The 2023 Proposed Budget was approved as presented. There will be an $80.00 increase on your April statement (due by May 1/November 1). The new amount of Annual Assessment is $860.00.
The Lake Assessment for The Woodlands is a total of $3,500 for the year.
Anyone who wants to pay their assessment early, please let Joe Winship know. It will help the KMC accounting team make sure it’s posted in the proper year.
Congratulations to Spencer Grover, Jeff Hastings and Chuck Weindorf for being elected to another term on the Woodland Springs Inc. Board of Directors.
Elections of Officers took place at the Executive Committee Meeting immediately following the Annual Board Meeting. The following were elected: - Kevin Graham - President
- Spencer Grover - Vice President
- Brady Hagerty - Secretary
- Bill Bubenzer - Treasurer
Remember, take a moment to visit the Woodland Springs website, get signed up for the KMC portal, attend a Board Meeting and email the Board if you have any questions or concerns.

Homeowners are encouraged to attend Board meetings. This is your chance to hear what is going on around the neighborhood and ask questions.
Please contact the board of directors at wsinc3535@gmail.com before 5:00 PM the day of the board meeting if you wish to attend.
Homeowners are asked to join meetings at 6:55 PM so that the meeting can begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.
A Zoom link can be provided if needed.

Woodland Springs Swim Team has HOME swim meets on the following dates: - Thursday June 8th
- Thursday June 15th
- Tuesday June 20th
- Monday June 26th
(Typically, the pool closes at 3:00 PM on the day of home swim meets)
